Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in streamlining our operations processes, providing top tier customer service, and driving order fulfillment through effective communication and systems usage.

The person will work directly with the core operations team to create a smooth staffing marketplace experience, including: providing SMS text support, owning the credentialing process, managing mass communication, consistently implementing better processes, and providing timely feedback.

Responsibilities:
– Support workers in our marketplace and address all of their needs
– Interface with internal stakeholders on process improvement and delivery
– Leverage bulk-communication tools to manage large cohorts of workers
– Analyze and improve complex workflows to operate more effectively
– Process worker payments through data validation and entry
– Use internal tools to process certifications, documents, and duplicate accounts
– Maintain a level of communication that provides for an excellent customer experience
– Be enthusiastic about hospitality and be an advocate for our marketplace workers

Requirements:
– 3+ years in a Customer Support or Sales role at a BPO as well as experience working directly with a sales team in the US
– 1+ years as a Team Lead of a Customer Support or Sales team
– 1+ years experience in a WFH setting
– Writing: Excellent grammar & spelling
– Communication & Collaboration: comfort in picking up the phone to call workers, ability to pivot based on feedback and work well with a team
– Attention to detail: let no detail slip in our quest to make our workers happy!
– Interest and/or experience in staffing, hospitality, and/or marketplaces
– Proven experience in operations, particularly in a iterative, continuously changing and improving role
– Excellent communication and English skills – both via voice and text, along with the ability to interact confidently with various – internal and external stakeholders
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Prior experience using internal tools, CRMs, and/or customer support tools
