Job Description

We are a fast-growing eCommerce company specializing in direct-to-consumer home products. We’re seeking a Professional Supply chain and business operations manager to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, remote position offering a competitive salary.

Duties:

• Cooperation with manufacturers in China: cooperate with our manufacturers in China to produce our products, and middleman in china for quality checking.

• Coordinate shipments: work closely with our manufacturers, middlemen in China, freight forwarders to coordinate shipments from overseas to our US 3PL warehouse.

• Inventory management: make sure our inventory is effectively tracked, and makes sure the proper inventory levels are maintained in relevant locations.

• Coordinate Inventory Related Projects: Effectively execute any required labeling, bundling, repackaging, etc. of our products.

• Streamline customer service processes: Streamline our customer service processes, orders and returns management.

• Improve our business processes: making sure we are operating in a systematic and efficient manner

• Accurate inventory planning: maintain an accurate inventory plan based on our sales forecast

• Manage the order fulfillment process: Utilize our order fulfillment software to create processes and systems to make sure the correct SKUs are shipped to the correct customers from the correct warehouse, using the correct shipping method.

• Make sure the correct SKUs are shipped to the correct customers in time and from the correct warehouse

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

• eCommerce experience

• Importing/Customs duty experience.

• Experience importing inventory from China, from manufacturer to US warehouse.

• 3+ years of previous demand planning/logistics/supply chain experience, including managing third party providers.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with advanced skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook and PowerPoint.

• Experience managing and tracking inventory

• Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and thoroughness in work.

• Demonstrated success implementing and managing ecommerce technology solutions.

• Strong project management and creative thinking skills.

• Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and to direct others’ work.

• Capable of following instructions and responding to management direction.

• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Exhibits experience working collaboratively in a team environment.

• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.

Work hours:

8:00 AM – 12 PM and 2:00 PM- 6:00 PM UTC+1

Salary:

$2000-$3000 USD/month salary.
