**Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Coaching Department Operations Support**

The 4% Club is a leading Australian online weight-loss coaching business, offering transformative 26-week coaching programs with a focus on 1:1 nutrition and lifestyle coaching for individuals aged over 40.
**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and take on the crucial responsibility of overseeing systems and processes within our coaching department. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our coaches adhere to established processes while creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance departmental efficiency.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Operations Assistance:**
– Collaborate with the operations manager to monitor and assess coaching department processes.
– Assist in conducting regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
2. **SOP Development:**
– Contribute to the creation and maintenance of comprehensive SOPs for all coaching department processes.
– Update SOPs regularly to reflect changes in procedures or best practices.
3. **Quality Assurance:**
– Assist in developing and executing strategies to address any gaps in processes
4. **Training and Development:** (TBC)
– Assist in facilitating training sessions for new coaches on departmental processes and SOPs.
– Provide ongoing support and training to existing coaches as needed.
5. **Communication:**
– Establish and maintain clear communication channels with coaches to address concerns and provide guidance.
– Collaborate with other team members to streamline cross-functional processes.
**Qualifications:**
1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Familiarity with creating and maintaining SOPs
3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to provide clear and effective feedback.
5. Comfortable working in a remote team environment.
6. Strong written and spoken English
