Operations Support Analyst – Data Focus

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Support Analyst with a strong focus on data. The ideal candidate will support our data processes, ensure data quality, and help with data-driven decisions. This role involves working with various departments to improve data workflows and resolve data issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management and Quality Assurance:
-Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
-Perform data audits and correct discrepancies.
-Implement data validation rules.

Reporting and Analysis:
-Generate regular and ad-hoc reports.
-Analyze data trends for process improvements.
-Create dashboards and data visualizations.

Process Improvement:
-Identify and implement data workflow improvements.
-Maintain documentation for data processes.
-Streamline data entry, storage, and retrieval.

Qualifications:
-More than 1 year in an operations support role focused on data, preferably in a BPO Setting
-Proficient in Excel, and data visualization tools.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Equipment Requirement:

Candidates must have a dual monitor setup to facilitate effective dialer monitoring during the entire shift.

PC Specifications:
Operating System: Windows 10 or MacOS (latest version)
Processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (or equivalent)
RAM: 8 GB or higher
Storage: 256 GB SSD or higher with minimum 30% free space.
Internet Connection: Minimum 75 Mbps download and 75 Mbps upload speed for smooth communication and data handling. 100mbps+ preferred.
Headset: Noise-canceling headset with a microphone for clear and professional communication.

Compensation:
$3/hour
*Paid weekly
*Evaluation and Opportunity for raises every 4 months from start date.
