Operations & Sales for Law Firm — A+ English Writing, Speaking Skills and IT Technical Skills Required

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking to hire full-time Operations Support for our immigration law consulting firm. We are a small, growing Canada-based firm that is looking for a full-time addition to our company.

The Operations Support (“Ops”) will need to work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Mountain Standard Time. The Ops will work closely with our Lead Consultant to assist with managing the smooth flow of operational processes, systems and tech to ensure the smooth flow of operations, communicating with prospective clients, answering questions, following up and closing deals.

Specifically, we are looking for someone with EXCELLENT technological and systems skills with great attention to detail who can perform the following tasks:

— Manage Intake —
Assist with communicating with prospects through email and over the phone, answer general inquiries and perform follow-up with leads with a view to convert to clients.
Screen prospects, and follow up with strong prospects to convert and close deals.
Operate phone lines

— Manage Onboarding —
Ensure clients are properly onboarded while providing an excellent client experience

— System and Process Management —
Ensure our systems and processes are operating to meet the needs of the organization. Review and optimize processes, software and flow of activities as needed. The Ops will create, improve and maintain an organized system across the company and collaborate to come up with efficient improvements regularly.

— Service Delivery—
Manage the delivery of our school admission services to assist clients with program enrollment in Canadian and international schools

— Project Management —
Assist with various projects to improve operations and client delivery

REQUIREMENTS: The following skills and characteristics are required:
– Great English writing and speaking skills
– Strong technical skills where adapting & utilizing technology & software come naturally
– Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent skills using software (Slack, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, CRM, )
– Prior sales experience or willingness to learn sales skills
– Strong organizational skills
– Highly responsive and customer-focused
– Honest and hardworking

– At least two (2) years of previous experience in Administration, Operations or in a similar role

This job is not for companies, contractors working for multiple clients, or those who have never worked online before. Because this is a full-time job, side projects are not allowed.

DESIRED HOURLY RATE: $6 per hour

BENEFITS: We pay a 13th-month bonus (equal to the average of one month’s pay). Time-off and vacation time.

HOURS PER WEEK: 40 hours per week (Monday through Friday). Working on weekends is never required.

WORKING HOURS: Working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Mountain Time.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Salary will be paid via Payoneer every 2 weeks. This job requires a high-speed Internet connection. You are expected to work from your own home.

Our team uses Desktime to track time.
