As an Operations Support team member at Capital Club, you will be at the forefront of ensuring a smooth experience for our ambassadors from onboarding to offboarding. You will play a key role in managing the creator fund submission and payout processes, providing timely assistance, and maintaining a positive and efficient relationship with our valued ambassadors. You will also play a crucial role in upholding the standards of our brand by ensuring that all content shared by our ambassadors aligns with our values and guidelines. You will identify and address any potential ethical, legal, or quality issues, contributing to the overall success and reputation of Capital Club. Your attention to detail and dedication to operational excellence will contribute directly to the success of our ambassador community.
Responsibilities
1) Onboarding Support
Assist in the onboarding process of new ambassadors, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are collected.
Provide guidance and support to ambassadors, answering queries related to the onboarding process.
2) Creator Fund Submission
Collaborate with ambassadors to facilitate the submission of creator fund requests.
Verify submitted information and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Address inquiries and provide clarification on the creator fund submission process.
3) Payout Process
Coordinate the timely processing of ambassador payouts in collaboration with the finance team.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with payout procedures.
Address and resolve any payout-related concerns or discrepancies.
4) Offboarding Process
Support the offboarding process for ambassadors who are concluding their engagement with Capital Club.
Collect feedback and insights from departing ambassadors to contribute to continuous improvement.
5) Video Content Quality Review
Review all Capital Club-related videos posted on social media platforms by our ambassadors.
Ensure that content adheres to established guidelines, brand standards, and ethical considerations.
Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and representation across all videos.
Work closely with the content creators to maintain brand integrity.
Evaluate the overall quality, accuracy, and relevance of the content.
Provide constructive feedback to ambassadors for continuous improvement.
6) Ethical and Legal Compliance
Identify and flag any content that may pose ethical or legal concerns.
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address and resolve potential issues.
7) Documentation and Record-Keeping
Maintain accurate and organized records related to ambassador onboarding, creator fund submissions, payouts, and offboarding.
8) Ambassador Relationship Management
Foster positive relationships with ambassadors by providing excellent support and addressing their inquiries promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall ambassador experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
At least 6 months proven experience in operations support, customer service, or a similar role.
Firm understanding of social media platforms, content creation trends, and brand management.
Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in using collaboration tools and software.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
Familiarity with Airtable and Looker Studio .
Familiarity with external stakeholder support, onboarding processes, accounting, and payroll management
