Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
Payroll: Once a month

About Us
TGB Contracting Group is a growing kitchen and bathroom remodeling company based in Maryland, USA. We are expecting and planning for growth in 2024, therefore we are in search of the proverbial “Unicorn” who wants to be the best at what they do no matter what. This position is crucial, effectively you will serve as the “Air Traffic Controller” between working with field personnel and office personnel and distributing the information as required. You will champion the administrative side of the operation.

Job Summary
The Operations Support Specialist will be a technology-savvy individual who will leverage modern tools to facilitate the smooth running of our business operations. You will be involved in creating project proposals, client interaction, Schedule Management, attending meetings, and championing the use of our new software, SuiteDash. Fluency in speaking English is essential as there will be lots of client and vendor interaction.

Key Responsibilities

– Calendar Management: Scheduling and organizing appointments, and maintaining the production calendar.
– Meeting Assistance: Attending all meetings to take comprehensive notes and ensure the owners stay on track with the agenda.
– Proposal Creation: Developing installation binders and drafting proposals, building initial estimates.
– Software Management: Learning and championing the use of SuiteDash to optimize business processes.
– Customer Relations: Communicating effectively with customers, contractors, and vendors.
– Social Media Handling: Taking charge of the firm’s social media tasks with professionalism and creativity.
– Bookkeeping: Tracking and managing the books

Requirements

– Language Proficiency: Mastery level proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
– Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree desired but not required
– Technical Skills: A love for learning and leveraging technology, Must be proficient in Google GSuite, especially Google Sheets.
– Personality Traits: Highly organized, patient, and flexible, with a willingness to work in a dynamic environment.

– Adaptability: Ability to adapt to the working style of one of the owners with ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder), providing structured and steadfast support.
– Proactive Learner: Eagerness to learn and implement new technology to streamline processes.
– Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
