Job Description

Responsibilities:
Oversee the department, managing resources, hiring, training, and firing as needed
Develop and implement consistent and effective department processes
Create, track, and analyze metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Create and continuously improve systems, procedures/SOPs, and scorecards based on the needs of the company
Build a centralized knowledge base to document best practices, policies, and procedures
Train/coach team members on systems and processes
Data collection and coordination using the company’s systems and platforms
Proper documentation of all transactions internally and externally for the company
Management of collections, ledgers, renewals, and maintenance calls
Management of leads and sales
Prepare weekly business reports and manage files in the company’s storage.
Calendar management
Management of email follow-ups and set-up of auto-responders
Provide customer service, and technical support, and manage customer appreciation initiatives
Manage client feedback through forms and other available channels.
General research tasks such as industry-related topics and news, travel itineraries, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
Management of email marketing campaigns
Design of visuals for reports, slideshow presentations, and company collaterals

Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership/management role
At least of 5 years of experience in Administrative Support, Customer Service, Executive Assistance & Marketing Assistance
Impeccable English speaking and writing skills (having a neutral accent is preferred).
Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems.
Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, primarily Excel and spreadsheets.
Willing to work night shift
