ABOUT THE OPERATIONS/TECH MANAGER POSITION
At WANTED Woman, we are passionate about helping busy women attract and find the love that fills their hearts with happiness and joy. We support these women in their love journey and our goal is to reach and serve one million women. The core of our business is to oversee the Real Love Network a love coaching membership program for successful single women. We launch monthly to attract new clients.
We are looking for a multifaceted operations and tech manager who believes in our mission to join our growing team.
As our Digital Operations/Tech Manager, you play a pivotal role in running the tech side of the business. You bring a mix of operational expertise and tech know-how to our team. You manage the day-to-day operations of the team and you love systems, creating, improving, and implementing them. As a result, you help our clients achieve great success by ensuring all client experiences, programs, and all our live and virtual events run smoothly.
The core competencies of this role are Process and People Management, Systems, Leadership and Problem Solving. As the Digital Operations/Tech Manager, you need to be comfortable managing a diverse and remote team, have great collaboration and communication skills, able to set up systems to empower the team to succeed without micromanagement. You are tech-savvy, able to juggle multiple projects and assist the team when necessary. We move at high speed so it’s never boring.
This is a long-term, independent contractor role working 20-25 hours/month. All time zones are welcome to apply, but you should be available to work and attend meetings within the time frame of 9:00am-1:00pm EST daily.

You understand the importance of testing all systems for accuracy before anything goes live.
You are available to work and attend meetings Monday-Friday between 9am-1pm EST.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Operations Management
Manage and lead our day-to-day operations and existing projects, keeping all team members on task and on time.
Maintain our virtual office and task management system by keeping information and status of tasks easy to find.
Set, track and review metrics that measure progress toward our business goals.
Share creative ideas that support business growth, help determine our priorities and goals and then drive the process to ensure that progress happens.
Stay on top of things and regularly communicate project status to the entire team.
Team Management
Ensure team members have the support and direction they need to do their best work and complete their tasks.
Implement and manage communication tools and systems that support team collaboration and communication.
Lead regular team meetings as well as run our monthly, quarterly and annual planning meetings
Communicate and document expectations in order to help each team member succeed and grow in their role.
Identify roles that need to be filled and help recruit, interview, hire and onboard new team members
Systems
Create, document and maintain SOPs to help our business run smoothly.
Proactively look for and implement improvements to team systems and processes to help us work more efficiently.
Simplify and automate (if possible) our existing processes to create more consistency to our internal systems
