Position title: Operations (Helping coordinate all aspects of the finding, analyzing, properties & our marketing/sales for helping investors!) THIS INCLUDES HELPING WITH WORKFLOWS WITHIN OUR CRM PROGRAM
Terms: To start for the first two weeks we would like to start you at 20 hours a week then we would like to plan towards full time 35 – 40 hours a week. As is our standard we would have you on an initial 90 day probationary period.
Daily Hours: The general hours will be 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM CST USA TIME with a half hour 30 minute unpaid break.
Required High School degree / Preferred Bachelors or Associates degree in relevant fields
Experience: Preferred, see areas below
1. Our ideal candidate profile:
1.1 *Must Have*:
-Strong grasp and ability to help with edits of the following: General computer programs, CRM systems, project management systems, Canva, and general business understanding, etc.
– Excellent command of English ( Reading/Writing/Speaking) .
– Good writing skills (proficient, concise, organized).
– Full time work availability in hours listed above. *NO OTHER JOBS DURING THIS WORKING TIME, IF YOU HAVE OTHER JOBS ANOTHER TIME WE NEED TO KNOW.
– Responsive and responsible.
– Able to follow instructions and easy to work with.
– Fast, stable internet connection and availability to take on calls anytime during your working hours.
– Fast, and reliable computer to work on.
– Proficient in computers and programs. (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and other programs we use for managing our preschool. All our programs are web based.)
– Strong organizational skills to manage tasks and prioritize what needs to be done first.
-Able to analyze current marketing, to setup systems and process for the company to use surrounding marketing and sales.
– Self-motivated and very productive.
– Creative, positive and independent: you don’t need to be pushed to get ahead of things!
– Quick learner that enjoys challenges and learning new things.
– Flexibility and willing to help us with whatever we need help with to help Little Sprouts move forward and serve better!
– Able to organize communications and use different forms of communications.
– Good sense of humor and able to work well with us!
– Must be honest and have high integrity.
1.2 *Nice to have*:
– Any previous experience with office management, secretary work.
– Basic experience with graphic design.
– Basic experience with video editing .
– Knowledge of different organization and communication tools to recommend that we might implement.
-Experience with CRM systems
-Staffing systems, hiring, HR, etc.
– Project management
2. Your daily responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
– Operations projects that are currently needed. Main areas within our business (1. Properties: finding, analyzing, and purchasing. 2. Marketing/sales: helping others know about us and then to invest)
– Working within our program EngagerAi for property analyzing, marketing/sales, and general communications.
– Things are very busy and we essentially need someone to help us with tasks and help brainstorm to solve problems so we can focus on building people up and serving more people.
– Eventually help us with sending various communications on various platforms.
– You will have certain tasks that are regular and then certain one time projects.
– We would expect you to always be looking for things you can do and ways you can help be a better contributor to our team!
– Help us with data entry on key measures for our business.
– Others duties as applicable.
3. PAYMENTS:
– Biweekly basis, Via (payment service) (This is open to change if something works easier for you.)
