About Our Client:

Our client is a dynamic and innovative legal practice committed to delivering exceptional services. With a strong emphasis on leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction, they are currently expanding their operational capabilities. They are seeking a skilled Operations VA with Clickup Experience (specifically automation) to optimize their project management processes, focusing on CRM work, automation, dashboards, and the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities

– ClickUp Configuration and Management: Customize workflows, and set up projects, and tasks in ClickUp, ensuring optimization for the team’s needs.
– Automation and Dashboard Implementation: Implement automation to streamline processes and develop dashboards for operational insights.
– SOP Development: Collaborate on documenting Standard Operating Procedures within ClickUp, ensuring they are accessible and actionable.
– Operational Support: Assist with sales funnels, manage the contract template store, and library via Kajabi, and ensure operational tasks are efficiently managed within ClickUp.
– Continuous Improvement: Assess the effectiveness of ClickUp configurations, automation, and SOPs, recommending improvements and staying updated on new project management and CRM technologies.

Skills and Competencies:

– Expertise in ClickUp or similar project management tools, with a strong understanding of CRM systems.
– Experience in automation, dashboard management, and SOP development within a project management platform.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
– Experience with podcast management and operational tasks is a plus.
– Familiarity with Kajabi or similar platforms is desirable.

Additional Information:

Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Part-time, 20 hours per month
Work Schedule: Flexible, to be coordinated with the CEO
Reporting To: CEO
Pay: $9-$10 CAD per hour (Canadian Dollars)
Work Arrangement: Remote/work-from-home. Must have a complete home equipment setup (desktop/laptop, headset, stable internet, webcam).
