Your Role
As an employee of Offshore Launch, you are being hired for a unique role within a target Client’s company. We value long-term partnerships, and seek to recruit talent that will serve an individual Client’s business for multiple years.
You will work full-time with the Client company. However, the Agency provides ongoing support to ensure your continued success. As such, we create space for ongoing check-ins, feedback and development through:
– Membership in the Offshore Launch Slack workspace
– Bi-weekly All Team meetings
– Monthly reviews

About the Client:
We specialize in providing a secure, well-maintained roof for our customers, covering multi-family, commercial, and residential roofing. Our commitment to top-notch quality and reliability ensures that every roofing project is as dependable.
As a Project Manager with our company, you will orchestrate the progress of roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and to our high standards. This role requires a strong ability to coordinate efforts among project captains, maintain rigorous oversight of project dashboards, and handle financial and operational aspects
Responsibilities
· Manage and monitor the progress of projects through different stages, ensuring timely completion.
· Serve as the central point of coordination among project captains to streamline operations.
· Quickly identify and resolve any stalls or issues in the project workflow.
· Maintain continuous communication with project captains to ensure all tasks remain on track.
· Oversee project dashboards, providing updates and adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
· Ensure continuity in project processes and prevent any steps from being overlooked.
· Utilizing QuickBooks Online (QBO) and AccuLynx to effectively manage financial and operational aspects of projects.
Requirements
· Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role focused on project oversight and management.
· QBO and AccuLynx experience/proficiency is highly desired.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Exceptional attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage team interactions.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
· Proficient with CRM systems for tracking projects and communications.
· Excellent command of English, with superior written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation& Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch):
– $900-$1100 depending on experience
– 13th month pay
– Performance-based bonuses
– Comprehensive HMO policy, including dependents.
– Annual continuing education budget to support professional development
