**Key Responsibilities:**

Manage the end-to-end operations of our short-term rental properties, including scheduling cleanings, coordinating maintenance, and overseeing property inspections.
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, responding promptly to inquiries, managing bookings and check-in/check-out processes, and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to optimize the operational efficiency of our short-term rental portfolio.
Conduct a comprehensive market analysis to ensure properties are priced properly to maintain high occupancy rates.
Analyze key performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven strategies to enhance the overall profitability of the business.
Manage and mentor a team of guest support, housekeepers, and other support staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.

**Qualifications:**

Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in short-term rental or hospitality operations management.
