Order and Compliance Strategist

QRx Digital is a Digital Marketing Company based in Florida, USA.

We are actively looking for Order and Compliance Strategist to join our company. This is purely remote work.

The ideal candidate must have an extensive knowledge and with excellent skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for order fulfillment, including processing, invoicing, payment recording, and shipment monitoring
Ensures that all new and existing accounts comply with all regulations and laws
Handles Account Compliance Assessment, which includes new account registration, required compliance checks, and activation
Provides support to customers, sales team and other stakeholders
Monitors inventory and maintains customer and order database
Work with their project team, to develop strategies aligned with their project’s short term and long-term goal
Execute daily assigned tasks and meet set deadlines
Keeping the project manager informed of the project progress
List and Optimize products in E-commerce sites
Provide audits for A+ Content implementation
Analyze data to determine ways to optimize performance to improve conversion rates, open percentages, and other key metrics
To handle data and management job
Knowledgeable in using different tools like Google sheets, Zoho, Microsoft etc.
Provide regular performance reports to supervisors
Make recommendations to continually improve performance by analyzing internal results, competitive data, and keeping on top of industry trends
Document clearly defined action steps and recommendations
Contribute to the project’s overall performance
Presenting possible solutions to the managers in case of a bottleneck

Qualifications:

Familiar with dealing with customers, businesses, employees and managers in a tactful and professional way.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of computer hardware and peripheral devices
Familiar with using work communication services such as email, Microsoft teams, Basecamp, and WhatsApp.
Proficient in using Google spreadsheet, Google document and MS Office tools
Proven work experience as an Amazon Marketing Specialist
Hands-on e-commerce or online ecommerce/sales channel experience
Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and paid advertising experience (pay per click) is a plus
Knowledgeable in using tools and other apps for optimization and other marketing purposes e.g., Jungle Scout, Helium 10 or related applications.
Keyword Research experience is a must
Digital Marketing Experience
Advanced Excel knowledge and skills
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Strong ability to multitask
