Join our forward-thinking e-commerce company, specializing in drop shipping within the European market, and poised to expand into the USA by Q3 this year. Since April 2024 we switched to Funnelish, which requires a more marketing driven focus and operations in the business. We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Assistant to oversee and optimize our daily operations, ensuring seamless management of team members, suppliers, order fulfillment, and our online stores.
Key Responsibilities:
-Team Management: Lead and oversee team performance, ensuring KPIs are met and exceeded. Responsible for team capacity and developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
-Order Management: Conduct daily reviews and monitoring of open customer orders, addressing current and past due issues stemming from technical and process-related gaps that affect customer requirements.
-Operational Excellence: Optimize internal processes, implement data-driven strategies, and promote quality control.
-Supplier Management: Maintain strong relationships with our suppliers.
-Resource Management: Efficient allocation of resources, budget management, and implementation of cost-saving measures.
-Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks.
-Customer Support: Oversee the customer support team and be the primary responsible for handling disputes, including those involving PayPal, Stripe, and Klarna.
Qualifications & Skills:
-2yrs+ experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in an e-commerce or drop shipping environment, with a deep understanding of direct response marketing through social media advertising.
-Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring operational issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
-Proficiency in using order management systems, inventory management software, and other relevant tools.
-Deep understanding of the drop shipping business model and industry best practices.
-Extensive experience handling disputes with payment processors such as PayPal, Stripe, and Klarna.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
-Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
-Tech Savvy; experience with project management or communication tools as Click Up, Asana, Trello and Slack.
-Open-minded, growth mindset.
