Order Entry

Hello! I work for a Italian food distributor. I sell food and beverages to Restaurants and Retail stores all around Boston, Massachusetts in the United States. The hours I would need you available in Philippines time zone for order entry would be Sunday-Friday 4am-10am, however you’re doing most of the order entry from 4am-7/8am. Your day off is Saturday. Sunday, Monday, and Thursdays are busier days entering anywhere from 15-40 orders. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday are slower days entering only 10-20 orders per day. This job is not very demanding and more part-time. I have had Virtual Assistant in the past. I would send you the majority of the orders via Viber app while you are asleep. When you wake up between 4-5am, you would see a list of orders, you would start entering the orders while asking me many questions to make sure you’re sending the correct products for next day delivery to the customers. As time goes on, you will have far less questions week by week.

Food service order entry position
Potential hire must be able to:
• Speak and read proficiently in English, skilled in computer typing, as well as have a basic understanding of Italian food items/cuisine.
• Complete order entry for an Italian food distributor.
• Be able to accurately substitute alike products for consistent items ordered by a customer that may be currently “out of stock”.
• Any experience in Acumatica software highly desired.
Job Responsibilities
• You will be given a username and password for a website called Acumatica in which the order entry will be completed in.
• I will be forwarding food orders directly to you via email to enter on the Acumatica website for delivery the next day to the restaurant.
• Your job would be entering the order that is forwarded to you via email.
• Potential hire will not have to communicate with customers directly at any time. You will work with myself directly, as I will forward you orders via email.
