Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our order processing operations and keep meticulous records of costs, orders, and invoices. This remote position requires a commitment of 21 to 28 hours per week, spread across seven days. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently, supporting our commitment to excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
– Process customer orders promptly and accurately.
– Maintain comprehensive records of all orders, including details of costs and invoices.
– Use Excel, Shopify, Dsers, and AliExpress to manage and record order processing and financial information.
– Confirm the accuracy of the delivery address for each order using Google Maps; if the address cannot be confirmed or appears incorrect, reach out to the customer directly to verify the information.
– Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and inventory management.
– Provide administrative support as needed to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, with a focus on order processing and record keeping.
– Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Shopify, Dsers, and AliExpress platforms.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Excellent communication and time management skills.
– Available to work 21 to 28 hours per week, including weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Previous experience in e-commerce or related field.
– Previous experience in all of the above
– A very good level of English language
