POSITION SUMMARY
We are currently seeking an Order Information Coordinator to join our team. If you are a problem-solver with excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and solid time management abilities, you could be the perfect candidate! Our Order Information Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely order information processing.
POSITION DETAILS
Type: This is a permanent full-time
Location: Remote
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Verify order information, including payment and shipping details.
Check everyday orders that have been exported from Shopify to our supplier’s spreadsheet.
Track and monitor tracking numbers fulfillment on a daily basis.
Track and monitor high-value orders in the store and remind customer support to follow up with customers.
Ensure all orders are being fulfilled.
Keep detailed records of order information and provide regular updates to relevant parties.
Collaborate with our production team to ensure orders are processed accurately and timely.
Monitor and report on key order metrics to ensure efficient order processing.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
