We are looking for a smart, humble, and hungry analyst to join our fast-growing Revenue Operations team, working alongside our go-to-market team leads. Ideally, you are technical, with good business judgment, strong problem-solving ability, and first-principle thinking. You may not know everything, but you are curious and *very* quick to learn.

This position will report to the Order Management Lead.

Day in the Life
Daily monitoring of SalesForce (CRM) opportunities through stages of the booking process
Establish trusted relationships with sales and customer success teams (Account Executives, Customer Onboarding Specialists, Customer Success Managers) enabling you to better support them in provisioning customer accounts accurately
Verify that signed Contract details match the SalesForce order details, including products, pricing, start date and length of the contract, payment terms, and payment method
Work closely with sales to confirm payment method is captured for booked opportunities, and identify customers with non-standard billing to accurately split and invoice the order
Work closely with sales and customer success to accurately process subscription changes, including upsells, expansions, and down sells, ensuring that the customer account is provisioned or de-provisioned accurately as changes occur
Work closely with sales to troubleshoot order-related issues and educate them on current booking guidelines and processes
Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude to build rapport internally and externally

Who You Are
2-3+ years of experience in order processing, customer service, or support roles in a high-paced sales environment. In particular, we are looking for experience managing complex back-office processes.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy required
Self-starter with a track record of stellar customer service and sales support
A creative and strategic thinker who has experience troubleshooting issues with a solution-based mindset, and generating buy-in internally and externally
