Job Title: Fulfillment Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fulfillment Manager to oversee our order processing and supplier management. This role involves managing quotations, monitoring order statuses, handling refunds, ensuring smooth communication with suppliers, optimizing shipping and processing times, and coordinating with our customer service team. The initial commitment is 1 hour per day for 6 days a week, with the potential to extend to 20-30 hours per week after 2 months based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

Quotations Management:

– Accept and manage product quotes daily, prioritizing preferred suppliers.
– Ensure quality, price, and delivery time are balanced effectively.

Order Monitoring:

– Daily review of order statuses and address any delays or issues promptly.
– Maintain accuracy in order details and manage address errors.

Supplier Communication:

– Maintain consistent and clear communication with suppliers.
– Handle out-of-stock situations by coordinating with suppliers and managing order updates.

Refund Management:

– Analyze refund data to identify and address common issues.
– Create reports and propose solutions to reduce refunds.

Shipping and Processing Optimization:

– Ensure shipping and processing times are optimized to meet customer expectations.
– Work closely with suppliers to streamline processes and reduce delays.

Customer Service Coordination:

– Stay in contact with our customer service team to inform customers about any delays or order cancellations.

Documentation and Improvement:

– Document daily activities and develop improvement plans.
– Report significant issues and delays to the account manager.

Requirements:

Experience:

– Previous experience in dropshipping and Shopify is a must.
– Proven track record in supplier management and order fulfillment.

Skills:

– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Excellent communication skills in English
– Analytical skills to assess and improve processes.
– Proactive problem-solving attitude.
– Extremely precise and detail-oriented.
– Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with order management systems and tools.
Proficient in spreadsheet software for tracking and reporting (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
