Location:
Remote (Philippines) – Applicants must be willing to align their working hours with the US time zone.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the precise processing of all apparel decoration orders, providing clear instructions for internal production to guarantee excellence in order fulfillment.
Manage all aspects of outsourced promotional product orders, including placing orders, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met to maintain customer satisfaction.
Conduct purchasing activities with vendors, including price comparisons, to ensure the company secures the best possible pricing without compromising on quality.
Manage and operate online temporary and permanent stores using platforms such as Printavo, Inksoft, Chipply, and soon Shopify. Responsibilities include listing products, closing stores, modifying orders, and ensuring smooth operation of all stores.
Additional Responsibilities
When business allows, take on additional responsibilities such as updating product listings on online stores and providing personal assistance to the company owners, ensuring a versatile contribution to our team’s success.
Secondary duties to include occasional support in other areas that contribute to the company’s growth and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an order management or similar role, ideally within the promotional products or decorated apparel industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
Exceptional computer skills with proficiency in relevant software and platforms.
Demonstrated ability in effective communication, capable of engaging with team members and vendors alike to foster positive relationships and outcomes.
A track record of being adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously without compromising on quality.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges in real-time.
Experience in a remote working environment, with the discipline and motivation to perform at the highest level even when working from home.
