Job Description

Hi, please read the entire job description and answer the questions below clearly and in order. We are looking for a long-term employee and are taking an extra effort to make sure we are hiring the right person, answering the questions is a requirement and is not a waste of your time.

We are an eCommerce store that sells mainly to the US and Canadian market in the scuba diving industry.

We already have a team of 6 employees in the Philippines across multiple businesses that are working from home who love their job and we are excited to have a new member join.

*About the Job*
The job entails making calls, answering emails, sending orders to the warehouse, sending purchase orders to suppliers and more … Other tasks may be assigned to you according to your skills and our needs.

This job is only adequate for those ok with working under pressure with a lot of responsibility on their shoulders. The shifts are very busy, many things are time sensitive and careful attention to detail is required. You will have to learn a lot, strive for success and communication flawlessly with us.

The level of service is very important to us and we want to make sure that our customers receive professional, quality customer service with a good American accent, writing & speaking skills. Spelling mistakes, grammar mistakes or less-than-perfect English please do not apply!

*Hours and Terms*
The job hours are as follows in USA Eastern time: Monday – Friday 10:00am to 7pm – Total 8 hrs a day (with 1 hr break), 5 days a week.

You must have a strong internet connection, a quiet working area, a computer and a headset to make phone calls on. You must have the ability to conduct sometimes loud and enthusiastic phone calls in the middle of the day/early morning so you should have an isolated, well-lit room or work in a shared workspace.
