I’m Juan Ramon, Managing Director & Marketing Director for FutureCommTG ÖU, an e-commerce company with several online stores in the company’s portfolio.
WHAT IS THIS JOB POST ABOUT?
We are looking for a new full-time team member that will join our company as an “Order Processing & Customer Service Specialist” for one of our online stores (the website will be revealed if you qualify for the interview).
This store is a premium website that sells high-ticket products to VIP customers, therefore we search and expect a high degree of responsibility-taking and highly proactive professional that has the desire to make a meaningful impact on the success of this company.
Moreover, you will initially work with another “Customer Service” coworker, which will later on, once you fully understand all the processes, be sub-delegated to you.
Your daily business will involve:
– “Order Processing”, i.e., everything related to receiving and processing incoming orders
– “Customer service”, i.e., everything related to helping and giving customer support to clients
– Occasionally, extra-ordinary tasks like research, collection of documents, analysis of internal data, and more
– Proactively and strategically contributing to the optimization of the order processing system and the improvement of the customer experience
Your work and performance are important because:
– Performing the “Order Processing” effectively and in a timely manner, you directly impact the customer experience, the image of the company, and the overall well-being of the store.
– By offering a constantly-updating and extra-fast customer service, you are directly shaping the image customers will have of the store.
– Finally, you have the responsibility of the well-functioning of the store on your shoulders. If the Order Processing and the Customer Service are done at the highest quality, the store, its clients and its members (including you) will thrive – if done poorly, we will all pay the consequences.
YOUR PROFILE
– Experience (provide proof): You must have +1 year of experience in a similar position as Order Processing & Customer Service specialist. Only candidates with such experience will be considered.
– High Level of English (provide proof): A relevant amount of your time, you will be talking either through the phone or through email with customers, so your English level must be high and fluent, both spoken and written.
– High degree of responsibility taking: This position will have direct, repercussions on the success of the store. You should want to take over a high degree of responsibility and want to have a meaningful impact.
– Proactiveness: As you will be the responsible person for Order Processing & Customer Service, we expect active proposals of how to optimize and improve the processes.

– Full-time job (40h/week) + Potential future Managing position: This is a full-time long-term job position. If you work hard and get the results we all want, we intend to keep you on our team for a long time, i.e years. If high competence is shown, you could be Order Processing & Customer Service Manager for this store.
– Strong Salary + Vacations: The salary for this full-time job is $1.000/month. Apart from the national holidays of your home country, you receive additional 15 days of vacation per year.

– Semi-flexible working times: Your working times should be split between China and US working times, as you will be talking with our manufacturers, mainly in China, and our customers, mainly in the US.
– Impact & Meaning: As you may have noticed, this is a high-responsibility and high-impact position. You will have a direct role in the future of the store.
