Responsibilities:
Assist in placing orders for closed deals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Reopen deals when products are unavailable and provide alternative options to customers.
Communicate with customers to provide regular updates on the status of their orders.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to customer orders.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of order details and customer interactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on product availability, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Continuously improve order processing procedures to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Compensation:
The Order Processing Position is an entry-level Business Administrator position and offers a starting monthly salary of $300USD.
