As an Order Processing & Returns Specialist – you play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders seamlessly and efficiently. You are the bridge between our customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring that every order is processed, tracked, and delivered with utmost precision. Your attention to detail, proactive communication, and commitment to customer satisfaction will be instrumental in upholding the reputation of our store.
Responsibilities:
Proactively communicate with customers regarding the status of their orders, addressing any queries or concerns they might have.
Utilize Google Maps to verify the accessibility of delivery locations, ensuring roads are spacious enough for two individuals.
Liaise with suppliers to obtain ETAs, discuss order specifics, and maintain a smooth flow of products.
Upload shipping notifications from emails to the Shopify platform, ensuring timely updates for customers.
Diligently follow up on returns and damages, taking necessary actions to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline order processing and address any potential challenges.

Help with other small tasks including fixing products and uploading content. (SOPs provided)
Requirements:
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in a customer service or order processing role.
Familiarity with Shopify.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.
Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.

Job Details:
Full-time position.
8-hour shift (coverage subject to change) between 8AM PST and 5 PM PST.
