Job Description:

As an Order Processor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders. You will be responsible for accurately and promptly processing incoming orders, verifying order information, and coordinating with various teams to fulfill customer requests. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential in maintaining our high standard of service.

Responsibilities:

• Promptly process all assigned orders, including arranging shipments, addressing customer service issues, and
maintaining accurate records.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
• Communicate with customers to provide order status updates and shipping details as required.
• Address inquiries regarding order status, shipment schedules, and product information to resolve customer concerns.
• Assist potential customers by answering questions about the products and services offered by our company.
• Coordinate order timelines with clients, vendors, and customers to ensure alignment.
• Participate in projects and campaigns as needed.
• Document and communicate new procedures as requested.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in order processing and logistics coordination.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to handle complex tasks within tight timelines.
• Proficiency in English.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in computer applications and order processing software.
• A strong sense of urgency channeled into productive work.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Fully equipped for remote work from home, with a personal laptop or desktop (minimum Core i5, 8GB RAM) and a stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps. Candidates should be prepared for internet speed testing.

Location and Hours/Schedule:

• Remote work setup.
• Availability for the night shift from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am Philippine time (Tuesdays to Saturdays).
• Comfortable with using a time tracking application.
