Job Description

We are looking for self-driven, growth-seeking individuals who are willing to learn and work with us long-term and full-time.

Your daily tasks would be:
– Process orders on time and maintain good relationship with our vendors.
– Update tracking numbers (from UPS website and vendors’ websites).
– Update inventory (prices, stock, lead time, add new products)
– Handle customer service concerns (Email & Phone)

What will your day look like?
– You will be working directly with our processing manager.
– Order tickets will be tagged to you.
– You will be responsible for finding the best supplier option.
– On the next business day, your responsibility will be to update tracking numbers for orders processed on the previous day.
– You may have to communicate directly with the supplier via email or phone.
– Upon approval by the processing manager, you will create a purchase order and send it to the supplier or process it using other methods.
– Handle return inquiries effectively and ensure a good customer experience.

Bonus Skill:
1. Experience in dropshipping
2. Automotive parts (or parts related) background/experience
3. Customer service / Sales Experience
4. Knowledge of platforms such as Slack, Ship station, Zendesk, Finale, Amazon Seller Central.

Additional Information:
-This is a full-time, permanent position with 8 hours per day, five days a week, with one 1-hour unpaid break.
– Work time: 6 am to 3 pm PST.
– Short-listed candidates will go through a small test, which can be completed in 30 mins to 1 hr.

This is a long-term position. Please DO NOT apply if you already have a full-time job. We have several websites, so there’s plenty to do
