Order Processor (with experience working with ATT or Verizon) – Night Shift

We are seeking an experienced Order Processor to join our team for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working with ATT or Verizon Wireless, possess strong organizational skills, and have a reliable internet connection. In this role, you will be responsible for processing orders, ensuring accurate data entry, and managing customer inquiries related to their orders.

Responsibilities:

Process orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing the appropriate systems and tools.
Ensure data entry is accurate and complete, including order details and customer information.
Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and effective communication regarding the status of their orders.
Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve order-related issues and provide excellent customer service.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a strong internet connection to ensure uninterrupted workflow.

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in order processing, preferably with experience working with ATT or Verizon.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Docs and experience using order processing software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to adapt to changes in processes and procedures.
Availability to work night shift hours from 9:30am to 6pm EST (GMT – 4/5)
Ability to provide references and pass a background check.

Compensation:
$0.50 to $1 USD per line of service processed
Guaranteed minimum monthly compensation of $600, with the opportunity to earn more during busier times of the year.
