Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Virtual Assistant (VA) with expertise in generating organic sales leads through various online sources. As a VA specializing in Sales Lead Generation, you will play a pivotal role in our company’s growth by identifying potential clients and opportunities within the restoration industry.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough web research to identify potential leads and prospects within the restoration industry.
• Utilize tools such as Airable and WordPress to manage and organize lead information efficiently.
• Generate and maintain a database of qualified leads, including contact information and specific needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads for further follow-up and conversion.
• Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation progress to the management team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales lead generation, preferably within the restoration or related industry.
• Proficiency in web research and using tools like Airtable and WordPress for data management.
• Strong understanding of online platforms and sources for lead generation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and manage large datasets effectively.
