About the Role: As a Project Manager in the Organic Search department, you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating various operational tasks across our team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide data visibility thus increasing efficiency and product quality.
Responsibilities:
– Effectively monitor budgets, expenses, and vendors providing weekly + monthly pacing reports.
– Overhaul intern + part-time task deployment process to ensure cost-effectiveness and streamlined resource allocation.
– Forecast & monitor monthly team workflow flagging any concerns or delays.
– Own audit deployment process and new biz forecasting acting as a liaison between the Sales division + Organic Search.
– Assign tasks to team members, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
– Vet & analyze tools and vendors to validate continued use or present a business case for new opportunities.
– Implement project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize department efficiencies.
– Identify and mitigate risks and issues, proactively resolving them to minimize downfield threats.
– Utilize Excel and Google Sheets to track and analyze project data, prepare reports, and provide insights to inform decision-making.
– Stay updated on industry trends & emerging technologies to enhance project performance and innovation.
assist in the evaluation and implementation of AI tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
– 3+ years of project management experience (preferably within a digital marketing agency)
– Strong proficiency in using Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and project tracking.
– Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications within the digital marketing landscape.
– Strong proficiency in using project management systems including their customizations + reporting capabilities
– Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
– Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to navigate complex situations.
– Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
– Management experience is a bonus
– Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
– A self-starter with a proactive attitude, taking initiative and driving projects to completion.
