We are a dynamic digital marketing agency in search of a skilled Social Media Content Creator to join our team for an ongoing project. If you are a creative thinker with a proven track record of developing engaging content across various social media platforms, we want to hear from you. Your responsibilities will include content creation, strategy development, scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis. We are looking for a creative that has extensive experience working in: Facebook, Google Business, Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, Hootsuite. We value innovative ideas and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute social media strategies to drive audience growth and engagement while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their goals, objectives, and key messaging, and translate them into effective social media campaigns.
– Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences and trends within the industry, leveraging this knowledge to optimize content and engagement strategies.
– Manage and optimize organic social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
– Create and curate high-quality, engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice, values, and guidelines.
– Monitor social media platforms for industry trends, news, and emerging conversations, and proactively engage with relevant communities and influencers.
– Leverage influencers and build authentic relationships with key industry figures to amplify brand reach and engagement.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as an Organic Social Media Specialist, with a track record of successfully growing audience size to tens of thousands of followers.
– Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing effective social media strategies for sensitive, regulated industries.
– Experience leveraging influencers organically to drive brand awareness and engagement within regulated sectors.
– Strong understanding of industry regulations and the ability to craft compliant social media content.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt the brand’s tone and voice to different platforms and audiences.
– Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms to track, measure, and report on key metrics.
– Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas for content and engagement.
– Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with fluency in both written and verbal communication. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
– Experience in healthcare is a plus.
– Availability to work regular hours aligned with the Pacific Coast Time Zone.

First Project:
Your initial projects will involve creating social media templates for a specific client to create: FAQ’s, Holidays, Tips & Tricks, Announcements, Did You Know, Blog Posts. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate implementation of the planned content while aligning it with the brand’s objectives and guidelines. We currently have a brand kit built in Canva for this specific client to help facilitate these tasks. Successful completion of this project will provide an opportunity to continue as a long-term member of our team.
