Organic Social Media Marketing and Virtual Assistance

I need a person that has some experience with social media marketing and content creation as well as virtual assistance.
A significant part of the work may be repetitive and I need a very orderly and timely person I could depend on for a long time.
In fact, I need a trustworthy person that works quickly. We may start with hourly rates, but once we establish a routine that works for us, we’ll probably switch to fixed rates based on responsibilities. Bonuses are predicted to happen.
Cooperation will usually take place between 9:00 AM CET and 3:00 PM CET (especially between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM). I want this person to be available for quick contact and possible work during this time.
The amount of work during a week may vary significantly. From below 5 hours to around 20 hours.
In general, most of the days it will be less than 2 hours of work, however once per week or two a long full day of work may be needed (we’ll decide together which day it should be).
In case of activities that demand a lot of thinking and creativity, I will from time to time give a bonus based on impact. For example, if a person is supposed to write and publish posts on social media, I will reward the revenue those posts will bring.

– Look for online places/communities to post about a product launch
– Create posts for social media
– Look for podcasts where I can be a guest
– Outreach to influencers etc
A lot of the work may be tasks around social media posting and organic marketing in general.
The work will mostly include using the following social media:
– Product Hunt
– Reddit
– Quora
– Twitter
– Facebook
– LinkedIn
– Forums
– Discord
– Tool listing websites
Here are the tools we will frequently use and work on:
– Discord (we use Discord to communicate)
– Notion (we use Notion to make templates)
– Google Sheets (Data entry etc)
– Loom (to send videos explaining how to do tasks)
– Slack or Height or other similar apps (to organize work)
– Tweet Hunter (to engage with Twitter users)
– ChatGPT etc (to generate content – only works when we don’t need content of the very highest quality)
– Click to view (helping us with our website)
– Email (managing, outreach, etc)
– Facebook (one of the places that are good for finding events)
– Loom (I’ll record videos on how to do things using this software)

It’s great if the person speaks Polish, however, it’s not necessary. What is necessary is great English.
