Focus Martial Arts is a martial arts school in Brisbane, Australia. Our main lead generation tool is guests that attend our AWESOME Kid’s birthday parties.

We believe in creating unforgettable memories for children. Our Kids Birthday Party Department is at the heart of these joy-filled experiences, and we’re on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic leader who can bring innovative solutions and drive excellence.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
1. LEAD GENERATION: Develop and implement strategies to continuously grow our client base.

2. WEBSITE SEO & GBP Optimization: Ensure our online presence is top-notch and we rank high on search results to capture potential clients.

3. EMAIL & SMS AUTOMATIONS: Review and oversee effective campaigns to engage and convert customers.

4. TASK AUTOMATION: Identify and implement tools and methods to optimize our processes and reduce manual tasks.

5. TEAM OVERSIGHT: Ensure all tasks are completed timely and to the highest standard by coordinating and overseeing team efforts.

6. CLIENT SATISFACTION: Be the champion of our customer-first approach. Handle client concerns and ensure their utmost satisfaction.

7. STAFF ROSTERING: Efficiently manage staff schedules to ensure optimal productivity.

8. WEEKLY REPORT REVIEW: Analyze and provide feedback on team reports, ensuring all data is accurate and valuable.

9. KPI REPORTING: Create detailed reports on profit, service delivery, team & customer satisfaction for management review and strategic decision-making.

**SKILLS REQUIRED:**
– Proven leadership and management experience.
– Strong background in SEO & GBP Optimization.
– Experience with Email & SMS marketing campaigns.
– Familiarity with task automation tools.
– Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
– Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
– A passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
– C1 OR C2 Level English
