Hi there!

I’m reaching out because I am in need of a virtual assistant to help me in my personal business growth. I am a mural artist and interior designer, and I also invest in real estate and flip houses with my husband. My work is starting to become overwhelming and I am hoping to find an assistant to delegate some tasks to, and to help me stay organized with my client correspondence.

In a perfect world, I would want someone who can help me structure a system to better organize leads and active clients and my daily schedule. Additionally, I am actively growing my social media (which is doing pretty well right now), but I would love some help keeping myself accountable to my goals of posting daily/weekly.

What I need from you:
– 3-4 hours of daily work/help
– Excellent English communication (written and sometimes via zoom calls/phone calls)
– Consistent management of email correspondence
– Calendar/meetings management
– Accountability to stick to my goals and complete my daily tasks
– Help with creating and managing a lead generation funnel for mural & interior design work
– Help managing the client life cycle correspondence for mural & design clients (i.e. interest in the work -> deposit for design-> approval of design -> booking of travel -> checklist for job -> invoicing clients -> gathering client reviews after).
– Help ordering materials/furniture/supplies for interior design
– Help managing my social media calendar and to dos (instagram reels, instagram stories, youtube)
– Positive attitude, creative mindset, willingness to give suggestions to improve the business and help in areas you think need help.
