Are you a process-oriented person looking to join a company where everyone LOVES their job? Do you want to help our software development team find bugs and contribute to the documentation of innovative software applications? As a member of our software development team, you will become absolutely essential to our company. You’ll work closely with our CEO and other key-members of the development team as you work through technical challenges and interesting problems to help our growing ecommerce company reach new heights.

For your application to be considered, you must include the following 3 parts in your cover letter/application:

(1) Include a brief description and timeline of your experience in software testing and/or quality control. Please mention the frameworks, tools, and platforms you are most familiar with and the impact you had when testing systems in the past. If you don’t have experience in the field, do some research and then share what framework you would use for QA testing.

(2) Pretend you are a professor at a university in front of a room of second-year college students. In one paragraph or less, explain the importance of following a process and framework when testing a system.

(3) Answer the following 4 questions in a 2-3 sentences each:
A. Of all the teams you’ve ever worked on, which one was the most challenging? Was it for a ecommerce company? How did the project finish?
B. What to you enjoy most about working online?
C. What about this position most appeals to you?
D. Outside of work, what are you passionate about and why?
