We are on the lookout for a dynamic and detail-oriented Outbound Marketing Coordinator to become an integral part of our team. This role is pivotal in championing our services through proactive outreach and relationship-building endeavors. The perfect candidate will showcase superb English communication skills, an aptitude for forging meaningful connections, and a proactive approach to marketing. Individuals with backgrounds in collections, telemarketing sales, or timeshare sales will excel in this role. FRIENDLY PHONE DEMEANOR AND ALMOST PERFECT ENGLISH ARE A MUST.

Responsibilities:

Outbound Outreach:

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our services.
Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services.
Build rapport and cultivate positive relationships with potential clients.
Relationship Building:

Develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
Maintain a professional and amicable demeanor during interactions.
Identify opportunities for extended engagement and collaboration.
Follow-Up Calls:

Conduct follow-up calls to assess client interest and address inquiries.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and update the CRM system.
Ensure timely follow-up to sustain a consistent and positive connection.
Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to enhance marketing strategies.
Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach with overall marketing goals.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Call Performance Tracking:

Establish and uphold a system for tracking successful calls and client conversions.
Analyze call data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Previous experience in outbound marketing or customer relations is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
