MISSION

Consistently generate new opportunities every month from outbound leads with DM’s and calling leads.

You’ll use our conversational frameworks & scripts to convert people to booked calls.

You’ll leverage our sales assets to educate prospects.

You’ll also gather feedback and share updates with the team every week about your progress and what you think we can do to improve:
The number of people joining
The quality of people joining
The rate at which we convert them on a call ( how many booked meetings per week)

COMPETENCIES
High level of commitment and consistency
In-depth understanding of outbound prospecting and appointment setting.
In-depth understanding of our product

REQUIREMENTS:
Need a good internet connection.
a good computer.
Tracking the numbers and the performance of the appointment setting and sharing reports daily.
Be available to manage/answer the convos – 5 days a week – 6-8 hours + availability per day.
Thinking like an owner.
Work in the UK time zone.
Fluent English speaking ability.
Previous experience in appointment setting and ability to prove previous results.
Hungry mindset. You need to be able to do everything to get results without me checking in with you every hour of the day.

Compensation
You’ll be base paid with a bonus for every 100 booked calls.
