Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Outbound Appointment Setter to join our team at a prestigious US vacation rental hospitality company. As an Outbound Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads and opportunities for the sales team. You will play a crucial role in the sales process by making outbound calls to potential customers, documenting interactions accurately, and securing scheduled appointments. This role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset. Key responsibilities:
– Conduct persistent outreach to targeted prospects in the US, communicating our value proposition and qualifying them for potential sales opportunities.
– Deliver against a quota for qualified leads, leveraging prospecting tools to research companies and identify key decision-makers.
– Collaborate with the team to optimize sales development approaches, utilizing Salesforce for lead and pipeline management.
– Participate in knowledge sharing, training updates, and process optimization while setting up meetings between clients and Account Executives.
– Utilize our leads database for cold calling potential clients, accurately recording customer details and booking scheduled appointments.
– Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales approaches, following up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the pipeline.
– Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors to enhance sales effectiveness, participating in ongoing training and development programs.
– Work effectively with other internal departments and provide timely, precise reporting.

Ideal VA Profile
Predictive Index is a promoter or collaborator
Need to be proficient in English Grammar and zero to a minimal accent
Should have experience in one of these areas
1. Call center
2. Customer service or collections
3. Telemarketing
Qualifications
– With more than 2 years of experience in high-volume outbound phone calls
– Ability to adapt easily to new situations and eager to learn/ contribute
– Experience qualifying leads
– Excellent communication
– Grit-dialing, cold calling, and being an SDR takes emotional strength, and you either have it or you don’t
– Can dial up to 100 calls daily
– Determined to exceed goals on weekly basis and have self-accountability
– Assertive persistent, persuasive and a good listener
– Smart and confident to build successful relationships and overcome objections over the phone
