Outbound Appointment Setter

We are a lead generation & appointment setting company for real estate agents. We are looking for a highly experienced outbound appointment setter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for calling real estate agents in the United States and offering our services to work with our company. The successful candidate will also be calling online leads that are looking to buy a home/sell their home and booking appointments with them.

Qualifications

Proficient in English – C2 English level
High D and I personality traits on the DISC profile
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field

Requirements:

Learning & memorizing our script for outbound calling (we will provide training on this)
Handling high number of outbound calls
Making calls to real estate agents in the United States to book appointments for our sales team
Making calls to online leads to book appointments with buyers & sellers for real estate agents
Record all details of the call and input information into the database & spreadsheet for tracking
Create an effective follow-up system for these leads
Follow-up with leads and continue to nurture until appointments are set
Respond to incoming online leads in a timely manner
Maintain CRM making sure information is conveyed correctly
Accountability & daily reporting to measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks
Being able to communicate effectively with peers and customers both in written and verbal form.
Ability to work independently following the client’s business hours (Pacific, Central, Eastern, Mountain).
A workstation that meets the Company’s technical requirements
Be in noise free environment during work hours
Strong internet connection (at least 20MBPS Download and 5 -10MBPS upload speed)
Laptop or other computer with at least i5, 8Gb of Ram – Also have headset with microphone
Must not currently be employed full time

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in United States/Canadian real estate market as an Outbound Appointment Setter

Night Shift
8 hours/day
Monday-Saturday

Salary:
$750 USD/month

Performance bonus: $1.00 USD for every booked appointment that meets with our sales team
(potential for extra $100+ USD per month)
