Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Appointment Setter to join our sales team. As an Outbound Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility is identifying potential clientele, initiating cold calls, and diligently arranging appointments for our experienced sales representatives to engage with them. You are required to maintain precise records of your calls and appointments and meet or exceed your appointment setting targets.
This is a part-time position with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B customers (not B2C) to set appointments for the sales team
* Qualify leads and gather information about their needs and requirements
* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in our CRM system
* Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly appointment setting targets
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and performance
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of leads and appointments

Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Cold Call and Outbound Appointment Setter or similar role. At least one year B2B sales experience, either through closing or setting appointments (not B2C).
* Ability to handle rejection gracefully and persistently pursue opportunities
* Excellent verbal communication and an engaging phone presence
* Ability to work independently and meet set targets
* Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM software
* Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and manage calendars
* Exceptional English language skills with articulate and persuasive communication abilities.
*Must have own laptop and a high-quality headset with noise cancellation for uninterrupted conversations.
* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
