Our mission is to identify and acquire properties that align with our investment goals, and we are looking for a dedicated Outbound Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:
As an Outbound Appointment Setter at Your Real Estate Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to turn cold leads into appointments for both residential and commercial properties. You will spearhead daily outbound calls and outreach efforts, targeting niche lists within these sectors. You’ll also need to understand the unique needs and communication styles of property owners within each niche and adeptly navigate various personalities. Your role will involve running campaigns multiple times per day, even at different times to maximize outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
Expertly convert cold leads into appointments for residential and commercial properties.
Conduct daily outbound calls and proactive outreach in both sectors.
Focus on niche lists to identify potential opportunities within residential and commercial real estate.
Understand and adapt to the communication preferences of property owners within different niches.
Navigate diverse personalities with professionalism and empathy.
Run campaigns multiple times per day, adjusting timing as needed.

Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, particularly in appointment setting and lead conversion.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and connect with property owners in both residential and commercial real estate.
Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns daily.
Resilience and adaptability to changing situations.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in relevant sales tools and software.
Previous experience in real estate or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
