Are you ready to join our dynamic team as an Appointment Setter in our cutting-edge marketing agency?
We specialise in providing marketing services to cosmetic injectors and are looking for individuals with a captivating English voice to help us achieve new heights.
As an Appointment Setter, your role will be vital in our client acquisition strategy. You will engage potential clients over the phone and effortlessly book appointments on behalf of our team.
Your exceptional communication skills and ability to convey our value proposition will be the driving force behind our success.
Skills:
– Comfortable and confident in phone conversations with clients.
– Excellent communication skills to connect with potential clients and highlight our services.
– Ability to read and follow a script for consistent professionalism.
Responsibilities:
– Reach out to potential clients via telephone, build connections, and book appointments for our team.
– Utilize the provided script as a guide to navigate conversations and showcase our services.
– Maintain a high level of professionalism and deliver outstanding customer service.
Compensation:
– Your earnings will be based on the number of appointments you set, allowing for increased income potential. (alternatively we can talk about an hourly rate if you are able to meet the KPIs set, or a mixture of both a base rate + bonuses/signing fees)
– The more appointments you book, the greater your financial rewards for each appointment.
– Enjoy the flexibility to work as much as you desire (min 16 hours per week).
– There is monthly competitions between staff so if you get the most appointments you will get a bonus.
Requirements:
– No prior experience required; but is preferred.
– This is an ongoing position with room for growth within our agency. (Next hires are inbound appointment setters, client relationship managers and admin assistants)
– Fluent spoken English is essential
– Knowledge in the beauty / cosmetic injectable space is a bonus but not a necessity.
– basic computer skills

– Must be available to work during Australian business hours
