Job Description:
We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and result-driven Virtual Assistant to spearhead administrative tasks and outbound sales initiatives. In this role, you will be a vital cog in our operation, offering administrative support and actively reaching out to potential clients to expand our user base. Your exemplary communication skills will be at the forefront, nurturing business relationships and convincing prospects of the undeniable value our software adds to their business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks:

Manage and maintain an organized database of prospective clients.
Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Develop and maintain a record of sales activities, including calls, presentations, and follow-ups.
Prepare timely reports on sales metrics and administrative tasks.
Outbound Sales:

Identify and reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and social media channels.
Conduct effective product demonstrations, highlighting the features and benefits of our SaaS application.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the customer base.
Engage in creative lead generation and follow-ups to nurture prospective business relationships.
Meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative roles, sales, or customer service, preferably in the technology or automotive sector.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Basic understanding of the towing industry and SaaS products (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication platforms.
