*** Must have perfect English with no foreign accent and at least 2 years of REAL ESTATE SALES TEAM LEAD/ Coach experience to be considered.

We are a rapidly expanding company because we are the only one in the industry that provides a turn-key business model for a Realtor in the United States. A big focus of this complete model is the OUTBOUND “Follow-up” Call Center.

The role of our Call Center Team is to nurture prospective clients by making phone calls and building the Realtor’s Pipeline of Sphere, Past Clients and Online Leads.

Our style is very non-sales-like and more focused on rapport building so that the potential buyers and sellers drop their guard and give you the GOLD you are mining for in the conversation.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer/Coach to lead a team in our Outbound Call Center. The sky is the limit in our company for Leadership opportunities. We look for people interested in a long-term career path and some of our HUBStars have been working with us for over 10 years full-time!

RESPONSIBILITIES
** Master the style of calling to be able to Coach and train ASAP
** Coaching the Callers to meet and exceed established call center goals through call listening, daily role play.
** Creating a positive, competitive, challenging, and results-oriented working environment.
** Focus on performance and KPI’s of the Call Center
** Exude positive culture and be an example of our core values.
** Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure that policies and procedures are consistently and fairly applied and documented
** Be a part of the leadership team with strategic planning as it pertains to operations and achievement of results.

QUALIFICATIONS:
**Proven track record developing and managing ISA’s in the Real Estate industry, and experience in managing virtual teams in different time zones.
**Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
**Exudes the ability to lead, inspire, motivate and influence others to achieve their highest potential.
**Results-driven, action-oriented, and self-motivated mindset.

REQUIREMENTS:
** College degree
** Minimum of 2 years at the Sales Trainer level or higher
** Tech-savvy and familiar with a variety of Real Estate platforms a bonus. Nice to have knowledge of Zoho and 5Nine management systems. (but not necessary)
** Minimum high-speed internet connection of 50 MBPS
** Good quality equipment – headset, computer, dual monitors
** Relatively new computer with a minimum memory of 8 GB of RAM and processor speed to perform efficiently
** Non-distracting home office environment
