We are a rapidly growing digital marketing company seeking a highly motivated and skilled Outbound Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our outbound sales efforts, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute effective outbound cold calling strategies to generate new business opportunities and leads.
2. Manage and motivate a team of outbound cold callers to achieve and surpass sales targets.
3. Train and coach the sales team on effective communication and sales techniques, ensuring they are up-to-date with our digital marketing products and services.
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales processes and client onboarding.
5. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying trends, and implementing improvements to enhance overall team efficiency.
6. Maintain and expand our client base by nurturing strong relationships with existing clients and seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
8. Set achievable sales goals and KPIs for the team, regularly reviewing progress, and providing constructive feedback.
9. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and overall business growth plans.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role, with at least 3 years specifically focused on outbound cold calling and team management.
3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a digital marketing or related industry.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
6. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing products and services, as well as the ability to articulate their benefits to potential clients.
7. Experience with CRM systems and sales performance tracking tools.
8. Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
