Hello!

We are looking to hire a Cold Calling Specialist to join our real estate acquisitions team.

The ideal candidate should have experience in cold calling, appointment setting, and excellent English communication skills, written and spoken. Also, a charismatic and outgoing personality to build ongoing relationships.

They must also be willing to go through specific real estate training to understand the fundamentals of commercial real estate.

They will make outbound calls to real estate owners and brokers, gather required deal information for the underwriting team, and provide feedback to the contact.

The successful candidate should be able to work well under pressure and meet or exceed sales goals. Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes is a plus.

Benefits:
• Salary starting at $3.12 per hour ($125 per week USD) depending on experience, PLUS competitive benefits (Salary paid
weekly).
• 13th month pay – eligible after 3 months (prorated for partial year).

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to real estate owners and brokers to build relationships and acquire deals.
• Qualify leads and identify decision makers to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Build ongoing relationships with the owners and brokers to maintain deal flow.
• Keep detailed records of calls and sales activity in our CRM.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outbound cold calling, preferably real estate .
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable using software such as Microsoft Office, Slack, and Asana.

Requirements:

• Full time – 40 hours per week.
• This must be your only job.
• Monday through Friday MST. The exact time is to be determined.
• Adequate computer to efficiently.
• Stable Internet Connection (Minimum of 25 – 50 MBPS).
• Capable of writing, speaking, and comprehending American English.
• Use of Hubstaff tracking software for hours.
• Provide a daily summary of work completed.
