Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Outbound Cold Calling Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape our sales processes from the ground up. Your journey will begin as our inaugural salesperson, tasked with initial cold-calling efforts. Your primary goal will be to achieve consistent sales results through cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct cold calling to generate leads and build our pipeline.
• Make over 150 cold calls daily during the initial 90-day period.
• Attain consistent sales outcomes within the first 90 days.
• Upon reaching consistent sales performance, onboard and train the next salesperson.
• Continue to expand the sales team, ensuring each new member achieves consistent results before hiring additional personnel.

Requirements:
• Proven track record in cold calling sales, with a strong ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Minimum 3 years of proven cold calling experience.
• Minimum 3 years of remote team leadership experience in SaaS sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Leadership potential, with the capability to train and mentor new team members.
