Job Description

Spacebar Ventures is looking for an outbound email expert to oversee and execute email outreach campaigns for our portfolio companies and potential clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing outbound email operations and optimizing campaign performance to drive engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement outbound email campaigns using Instantly or similar platforms.
– Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, copy variations, and call-to-action (CTA) sentences to optimize open rates and response rates. We’ll also provide copy support, so this is more of a ‘nice to have’.
– Manage daily inbox activities, including responding to positive replies, handling inquiries, and managing unsubscribes.
– Perform lead list cleaning and management to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
– Collaborate with internal teams to identify target Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and tailor campaigns accordingly.
– Utilize prospect data databases to expand target audience reach and identify potential leads.
– Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
– Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in email marketing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in managing outbound email campaigns, preferably in a B2B or startup environment.
-Ability to buy, set up and warm domains.
– Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Instantly, or similar platforms.
– Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization techniques.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
– Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
– Knowledge of prospect data databases and experience in lead generation is a plus.
