Your Role:
As an HR/Recruitment, you are expected to handle the daily administrative and HR duties of the organization. You will assist Managers with recruitment, record maintenance, and payroll processing, and provide clerical support to all employees. You will be working remotely with the Director of the Company who is responsible for the following tasks assignments:
• Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
• Serves as a point of contact between job candidates and employers.
• Must be able to recruit new employers and employees through cold calling (OUTBOUND / INBOUND).
• Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
• Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
• Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
• Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
• Performance Evaluation of the Staff/Employees
• Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
• You will be constantly uploading Job Advertisements to find potential employees and employers and cold-calling is required.
• You have to make a newly updated and must be familiar with data entry.
• Provide Administrative support to all Staff and Management
Qualification Requirements:
• Excellent Communication Skills are must-to-have
• Be able to make a cold call
• Speak other languages is a big asset
• Must be able to detail-oriented
• Need to know what is your role as a recruiter
• Be able to prepare potential candidates for the interview
• Be good at executing at mock-interview
• Must be able to revise and polish resumes
Please read this carefully. Time is important to us and here is what we can offer on the table:
• Monday to Friday (From 9:00am to 5:00pm)
• Time Zone: Pacific Standard Time (PST) – (Vancouver, Canada Time) for the shift to start
• Part-Time – 4 hours a day during the first 4 weeks of probation – CAD$ 150.00/month (as per performance evaluation)
• Full-Time Employment – 8 hours a day – CAD $ 300.00/month starting the 5th week
• Monthly Payment via PayPal Account
• Payment will be transferred every 5th of next month. (1st day to last day of each month)
However, based on your work productivity and ability, wage negotiation is available after 3 months.
We provide on-hand training and digital tools needed for business.
