We are on the hunt for a dedicated Outbound Lead Generation Specialist/Strategist who embodies our growth-driven ethos, with a keen focus on spearheading our outreach efforts and maximizing lead flow without the direct responsibility for sales.

Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will live and breathe outbound lead generation, possessing a strategic and growth-driven mindset essential for this role. This position is not about closing sales but about orchestrating and executing effective outreach and outbound efforts to optimize lead flow through digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:
– Devise and implement our core outbound strategy to engage quality D2C websites, leveraging our lead database for daily targeting.
– Strategically identify and connect with key stakeholders (Founders, CMOs, Heads of Marketing, etc.) using a tailored, multi-channel outreach approach that includes email, social media, and potentially ringless voicemail.
– Perform thorough research on potential clients based on criteria such as monthly traffic volume and social media engagement.
– Craft compelling, personalized outreach communications that effectively highlight our track record and capabilities.
– Collaborate with the design team to ensure all outreach materials accurately showcase our value proposition.
– Master our tech stack (Pipedrive, HeyGen, ) to manage leads and orchestrate campaigns efficiently.

Core KPIs and Incentives:
– Take charge of core KPIs and goals, focusing on response rates, appointments booked, and closed deals to continuously refine and enhance outreach effectiveness.
– Earn a $500 bonus for each closed brand deal facilitated by your strategic outreach efforts.

Qualifications:
– A demonstrable track record in outbound lead generation or demand generation, especially within e-commerce or D2C sectors.
– A strategic and growth-driven mindset, with a deep understanding of Shopify and the D2C ecosystem.
– Exceptional communication skills and the ability to craft persuasive and engaging outreach materials.
– Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Pipedrive, and familiarity with various outreach and lead generation tools.
– An analytical approach to strategy evaluation and the agility to pivot based on data-driven insights.
– A creative thinker with a proven ability to drive results and maximize lead flow through innovative digital marketing strategies.
